FAQ

What is an Evomon tier list?

A tier list ranks every Evomon by how effective they are in battle, from S-tier (meta-defining, must-use) down to D-tier (outclassed, avoid). Our rankings consider stats, move pools, team synergy, availability, and end-game performance.

How was this tier list created?

This tier list is based on community consensus, late-game performance data, stat totals (BST), move pools, and extensive playtesting. We update it as new Evomons are released and balance changes occur.

What does BST mean?

BST stands for Base Stat Total — the sum of all base stats (HP, ATK, DEF, SpA, SpD, SPD). Higher BST generally means a stronger Evomon, though move pools and typing matter just as much.

Should I only use S-tier Evomons?

Not necessarily. S-tier Evomons are the strongest, but A and B-tier Evomons are still very viable for most content. Team synergy and type coverage are more important than individual tier ranking. Many A-tier Evomons can outperform S-tier ones in the right team composition.

What is the best starter Evomon?

Blazpup (Fire) is the best starter if you're not planning to catch Sparkit later. Bubble (Water) is the safest early-game choice with great survivability. Leafbun (Grass) offers healing and high HP for a steadier, slower route. Your starter choice should align with your planned team composition.
